Support for Going Smoke Free
By law from 1st July 2007, virtually all enclosed public places and workplaces in England are smoke free.
Fresh undertook a hugh business and public awareness campaign to ensure that the law was implemented successfully. Fresh concentrated on the fact that the law was needed, from a health point of view, wanted by the majority of the public, workable as shown by many other countries with comprehensive smoke free laws and by providing detailed information on the regulations.
